Interactive school timetable on a touch panel in the lobby
A student finds their class, room and teacher in two taps. The deputy head enters a substitution on their computer, and a second later it is on every screen.
- The whole school on one screen: lessons for the day and the week, changes highlighted
- Where is the teacher now: just tap the first letter of the surname
- Bells and alarms come from School Bell PRO
- Portrait and landscape panels
- No internet needed
- Works with School Bell PRO
Touch the screen — it works
Try it yourself: this is a copy of the panel screen
Find your class, a teacher or a free room. A real panel works the same way, only bigger.
Eight sections: everything people usually ask the front desk
Home
Today's timetable for the whole school. Another day in one tap; find a teacher by the first letter.
Now
What's on in every class. During a break — which lesson is next and where.
Classes
A class timetable for the week, the current lesson highlighted. A QR code opens it on a phone.
Teachers
Where a teacher is now and when they have a free period.
Rooms
Floor plan: which room is busy, which is free and who is there now.
Changes
What changed today: another teacher, another room, a cancelled lesson.
Bells
Lesson and break times, short days. All of it comes from School Bell PRO.
Announcements
Cards and a news ticker. Important items are highlighted.
Screensaver
When no one touches the panel, it pages through by itself: current lesson with a countdown, timetable, changes, announcements.
TV mode
For the staff room and canteen: the same screen pages by itself, no buttons.
Alarm
Full screen on every panel: what happened and what to do.
The deputy head enters a substitution, the panels update in a second
The app runs on the deputy head’s computer and talks to the panels over the school network.
- A teacher is ill? Choose them in the list.
- The app picks free teachers for each of their lessons. Teachers of the same subject come first.
- Press “Send to panels”. The substitution appears in the school timetable, in “Now” and in the class timetable.
Panel “Lobby, floor 2”. It follows the deputy head’s app
Try it: choose “Novak T.” and press “Send to panels”. Or open “Announcements”.
Timetable import
From aSc Timetables and Excel. No need to type it in by hand.
Clash check
If a teacher or a room is in two places at once, the app highlights it before anything goes to the panels.
Cover report
Who covered how many lessons in a day and in a month. The report exports to Excel for payroll.
The principal sees from their computer which lessons are on where
The app runs on the principal’s and deputy head’s computers. Floor by floor it shows what is going on in the school right now, which substitutions there are, who is absent and whether the panels work.
Loading the dashboard…
For the principal
- The school floor by floor: every room shows its class, subject and teacher right now.
- Numbers for the day: how many lessons are on, how many covers and cancellations, who is absent.
- Panels and School Bell PRO: are all screens online, is there an alarm.
For the deputy head
- Lessons without a teacher are visible at once, and cover can be assigned right from the dashboard.
- Teacher workload: who has a free period in the lesson you need.
- The cover report takes one click.
One bell schedule for the whole school: in the speakers and on the screens
If the school runs School Bell PRO, the panels take lesson times and alarm signals from it. Nothing has to be entered twice.
- The countdown to the bell on the panels matches the bell to the second.
- Short day switched on in School Bell PRO — and the panels show 30-minute lessons at once.
- After the bell the panels show “Start of lesson” and move on by themselves.
- An alarm is raised from the main computer or a console. It appears full screen on every panel: what has happened and what to do.
- Without School Bell PRO the timetable works too: lesson times are set in the app itself.
Try it: turn on “Short day” or hold the “Evacuation” button for 1.5 seconds.

What is School Bell PRO
Our Windows program that rings school bells on schedule. The sound goes through the PA system the school already has.
- Automatic bells. Lesson times for each day of the week, short days, holidays and school breaks.
- Your own melodies for the warning bell, start of lesson and end of lesson.
- Announcements on schedule and by hand.
- Consoles for the principal and deputy head: speak over the PA system from your own computer.
- Three alarm types: shelter alert, lockdown, evacuation.
- No internet needed. Works on the school’s local network, on Windows 7 SP1, 10 and 11.
Below is a copy of the program’s main window. Open the tabs, ring a bell, change the schedule: it all works right on the page.
No one needs a panel with an outdated timetable
School kiosks are rarely switched off because they break. Usually someone just stops updating the timetable.
Enter once
The timetable is imported from the program it was built in. Substitutions are entered by the deputy head, who makes them anyway.
Works offline
Runs on the school's local network. If the network drops, the panel shows the last timetable and when it was received.
Turns itself on
The timetable is on screen in the morning, the screen goes dark in the evening. After a failure the app restarts itself.
Timetable only
Windows pop-ups don't cover the timetable, and the app can't be closed from the panel.
Comes back by itself
A minute without touches — the panel returns to the home screen, then starts the screensaver.
Data stays in the school
Nothing goes to the cloud. Panels don't show why a teacher is absent, and names can be hidden in the lobby.
Use the panel you already have, or we'll help you choose one
Vertical kiosk
43–65″, for the lobby and corridors. Buttons at the bottom of the screen, so even the youngest students reach them.
Horizontal panel
55–86″, touch. Wall-mounted or on a stand.
TV and mini PC
No touch: for the staff room and canteen. The screen pages by itself.
